FREE Online Shopping Tool for Small Businesses

The Coronavirus pandemic has forced us all to change how we shop, and with no certainty of when life will return to normal we are afraid that all those small outlets that we know and love will lose out. Our objective here is to help them to embrace and adapt to best serve their community and stay alive.

To help we are now offering a simple free online shopping tool. 

Does it suit me?

We’re working with small businesses who need to offer a “kerbside collection” or “home delivery” service ONLINE, from experience these are:

1. Farm shops
2. Delicatessens
3. Niche food shops that now have no visitors
4. Pubs or restaurants now offering takeaways
5. Small shops who cannot open but have stock

We are very concerned that longer term…

The many small businesses that rely on people coming into their shop, selecting their goods and paying as they leave will no longer be able to operate. With lockdown in place and 2-metre social distancing, customers are looking to place orders online and collect or ideally have delivery.  This means without an online shopping tool these businesses will not be able to field the phone calls and email requests AND more to the point the customer will go elsewhere.

Our Online Shopping Tool…

1. Delivers a list of products from which the customer selects
2. Customer enters contact details and any message
3. Customer receives an email confirmation that the order has been sent
4. Shop recieves a email order with all the details

The shop now contacts the customer for payment and to confirm collection or delivery.

How We Work

1. First you need to register your interest (see the form on the right!)
2. We call you to get the tech bits out of the way
3. You send us a product list, ideally in excel, but a pdf or a word document will be fine too.
4. We upload your “stuff” and get the online shop ready
5. We link it to your website
6. If you have a stock management requirement we supply you with a page where you can tick to update your stock

…et voila you are “out there”
