Gravity forms – Email and form settings

Email-notificationWhen add gravity forms make sure:

When customer get email it has the following information:

  1. Sender email address – must be able to press reply and send to sender
  2. Name of form that it comes from (Newsletter, contact us etc)
  3. Location of form (footer, header, contact page)
  4. Site that it comes from (Customer url)

 

 

 

Form-fieldsFields to configure in backend of site are:

  1. Name of form to include website and form – Proper Title
  2. Send to email is to be the sales email – check with customer
  3. From Email – the administrator email address
  4. Reply to – the sender email address – the person who completes the form
  5. Subject = website name and the form name.
