Internet Marketing Knowledge Base : Clear Your Cache in Google Chrome

Google Chrome 27+

Step 1

Click on the three dashes in the top right corner.

Step 2

Click on settings in the menu.

Step 3

Scroll down to bottom and Click on Show advanced settings…

Step 4

Click on Clear browsing data…

Step 5

Select Cached images and files from the list.

Step 6

Click on Clear browsing data on the bottom. Your browser cache is now empty.

Force Refresh Chrome

Usally a “force refresh” is enough. You can achieve this by pressing the following key combination: Shift + Ctrl + F5

Google Chrome 10-15

Step 1

First click on the customize button

Step 2

Then point to Tools and click Clear browsing data in the new popped out menu.

Step 3

Select an option from the dropdown menu, according to which time of period you want to clear your data. Then check the following checkboxes: Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Empty the cache, Delete coockies and other site and plug-in data, After you checked the boxes click on Clear browsing data and the cache is cleared.

Click on tab Under the Hood

And click the button Clear browsing data…

Then check the following checkboxes: Clear download history, Empty the cache, Delete cookies an d other site data, Clear saved form data, After you checked the boxes click on Clear browsing data and the cache is cleared.
